Looking for a new housemate to fill a room in our lovely Dalston flat for December, with extension possible to join the new contract from January 2025 at new rental amount.
The flat is the perfect location, just a few mins from Kingsland and Junction. A really nice modern building with concierge service, secure bike storage, shared rooftop. Room is a good size with a nice walk in wardrobe too.
Current housemates are both 31 y/o, working as a brand manager and an architect.
Both out and about quite a bit, but like the place to be a nice home too and enjoy a drink and meal together.
