Description
Hello!
We have one room available in our beloved Dalston flat.
Our flat is a ground floor flat on two floors, in a private courtyard. It has a huge open space kitchen/living room with double height ceilings. We have furnished this cozy place ourselves, and it comes with all the expected broadband, TV with full Sky and all the streaming services (and we do mean ALL of them), and even a PS5 if you’re into videogames. Oh, and some plants that we proudly keep alive.
The available room is the one downstairs, quite cozy so it might not suit someone working fully from home, though you can fit a desk in there. You also get access to a storage room with plenty of space for clothes (rails and some shelves), as well as your own bathroom.
The room is furnished with a chest of drawers, a double bed with a good mattress, floating shelves and a desk. This furniture would have to be purchased by the new flatmate to the one leaving (£150).
This is initially a sublet (so deposit will not be needed) with the possibility of converting it into a long-term rental (from June).
The housemates:
Pierre - a data scientist working in tech, regular cyclist, fan of stand-up comedy and an aspiring thespian, often seen at the Lido.
Gonz - a creative working in TV who loves east London and is often seen at the local tennis courts.
We both have our respective social circles and quite a lot going on, but we are also a very social household. So if you too enjoy some good evening discussions and TV binges, plus you are really tidy and clean, you are the one!
Re: bills, they come between 100-150 quid per month per person, including everything. (depending on energy bills). Council tax band D
We look forward to hearing from you!
Pierre and Gonz
Viewing dates: last week of November and first week of December, weekday evenings
