Hey there! I'm looking for a friendly flatmate to take over my lovely loft style room in N16 (Dalston/Stokey) The room is spacious with high ceilings and plenty of natural light from three Velux windows, in an old warehouse building. The room comes semi furnished and you can ask for a bed frame and drawers if you wish - I took them out for more space!

The rest of the house is equally lovely, with a large, open-plan living area, modern kitchen and island. The location is fantastic, with a bus stop to major routes (67, 76, 149, 243, 488) right outside the building and Dalston Kingsland just a 7-minute walk away. You'll have access to Dalston's vibrant nightlife and top-notch restaurants on your doorstep. The building itself is secure and has 24/7 security.

Your potential flatmates are Aidan (28) and Serj (31) who are both kind, friendly and clean working professionals. They're LGBTQ+ friendly and are looking for a respectful, trustworthy and working flatmate to join the household.

Room is priced at £1015 plus bills (Around £113 for council tax, utilities, broadband) with a £1019 deposit, minimum 6 month stay.
