Short-term let in Dalston (December 8 - January 4)

The room will be available from December 8 to January 4 of the following year, for approximately one month (check-in on December 8, check-out on January 5).

The total cost for the entire period is £750 plus a deposit of £300, making a total of £1,050. (Inclusive of bills)

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a clothes rack, a desk, and a chair. I will leave some of my stuff in the room but you will have a clothes rack and some space in the shelves to put your stuff in.

This flat is located right in front of an Overground station, and there are three bus stops within a one-minute walk. The nearest stations are Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland. It has good access to Shoreditch and the city center.

The flat is clean and includes a living room, kitchen, two toilets, and a shower and you will be sharing them with four other flatmates. The kitchen is well-equipped with sufficient cooking tools for daily cooking. The shared space includes essential appliances such as a gas stove, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, and rice cooker.

My flatmates are all Japanese currently, but we have had people with other nationalities stayed with us in the past. Most of us have been living in London for some years and all speak English.
