The apartment is within a gated apartment complex, with a communal courtyard and bike storage. About a 10 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland & Rectory Road stations and about 5 minutes to the high street or Hackney Downs Park.

The flat is split over 2 floors with an open plan kitchen, living & dining and bathroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.

The room is big, modern and light. Majority of furniture comes with the flat and the rest is available to purchase. Big skylight that lets the sun in when the blind is open and hides it away when closed.
