En-suite Room in Dalston Junctuon

Hey, we are looking for a new housemate in our beautiful East London flat to sign into a lease starting January 1st.

THE ROOM:

The room is ensuite and the biggest in the house. It comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, drawers and plenty of space for shelves, a desk and whatever else you might want.

THE FLAT:
The flat is spacious and modern. We have an open kitchen/ living room with floor-to-ceiling south facing windows from which you can see the city of London. We also have a south-facing balcony which catches the sun all day long - perfect for sunbathing in summer. There is also a shared storage cupboard.

The apartment has all the mod-coms you can expect: dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge and freezer. Oh and because it is a new build it is super warm during winter.

The building has a concierge and on-site maintenance handy for parcels.

FLATMATES:
You'd be living with two women, both in their late 20s. Marta is Polish and works in consulting; she enjoys travelling, skincare and barre classes. Sofia is 28, and originally from Portugal; she enjoys yoga, live music and art. This is the kind of flat where if we are all in, we will catch up in the living room about our days and watch something together, but we also have our own friends and social lives. We are past the house parties era, but we enjoy having friends around for dinner on occasion and would love for you to do so as well. It is a chill flat, but we are tidy and house-proud and have a cleaner coming twice a month to keep it nice. We mostly keep it quiet during the week and are out and about during the weekend.

COSTS:
The bills are around £ 120-£130 depending on the season. The bills also include the cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.

About you:
Female between 27-35 years old. Looking for a home rather than a lodging. Needs to be able to pass referencing.
