Private room for rent

Heyy, my boyfriend is moving out of his flat in Haggerston and we need someone to move in ASAP, ideally by the 1st or 2nd of December, I know it’s super last minute, but unfortunately we had someone dropout. It’s a 4 bed flat with two bathrooms, so you’ll be sharing the bathroom downstairs with one other person. The room comes fully furnished, other than the plants and side table it’s all yours. It’s a great location, only a 5 minute walk to Haggerston Overground, and several bus stops dotted around. There’s a pub right round the corner of thats your vibe and so many cafés across the canal. It’s £950pm, bills generally never go past £160. There are no water bills and no council tax. Please let me know if you are interested.
