Looking for a friendly, easy-going flatmate to share our spacious home. The room is a large, fully furnished double with plenty of natural light and I'm more than happy to be very flexible when it comes to arranging and removing furniture etc. You’ll have access to all the shared areas, including the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The household is relaxed and laid-back, with a retired dad who’s often home and can assist with deliveries, and me, a bus driver who’s not around much but enjoys cooking and often shares meals with the house.

We also have two friendly cats, so you should be comfortable with pets. The living room is yours to enjoy, especially if you want to watch movies or sports – I’m not home much, so you’ll often have it to yourself. The large garden is perfect for summer BBQs, and we enjoy socializing outdoors.

All bills are included in the rent, including high-speed 1GB internet. I’m also happy to share access to Netflix and other streaming services. The house is perfect for someone who appreciates a relaxed vibe – we like to play music, have friends over (with prior arrangement), and enjoy the occasional drink together.

Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland train stations are literally a 5 mins walk away and there's easy bus access to Liverpool Street, Angel Islington and The West End.
