Double Bedroom in Dalston in spacious flat

Hello !
My partner and I are moving out of our lovely room in Dalston. We're looking for a single/couple to take the room from the 24th Jan 25 (we could consider letting the room from the 19th).

The flat has a very roomy feel and it is split on the lower ground and ground floor of a house on Sandringham Road. It is just off Dalston Kingsland Rd, and a 5 min walk from Dalston Kingsland station. The room has a bed, is very spacious and gets a lot of sunlight throughout the day. It faces the street but stays pretty quiet. On the same level, you will find a laundry unit, storage underneath the staircaseand a shared bathroom with a bathtub.

Upstairs, you will have lots of kitchen space, a spacious sunny dining/living room ! There is also a third room which currently has a convertible sofa and can be used as a study space/tv room/spare room to host a friend - whatever you want. Not to mention that there is a large garden which we really enjoyed last summer.

You'd be living with Cerys (28 yrs) and her gorgeous cat Toulouse (so must be ok with a very affectionate pet) !
Cerys works full-time in a restaurant and is out most evenings, meaning you will very often feel like you have the whole place to yourself.

Location-wise, the flat is just a stone's throw away from Ridley Rd Market, Aldi, Sainsbury's and lovely spots such as the Dusty Knuckle bakery, Cafe Oto, Papo's Bagel and the like.

Bills incl council tax amount to roughly 200 a month for the new tenant(s).
