HUGE double room available in a friendly Dalston houseshare. Would suit a single occupant or possibly a couple. Mid 30s upwards. Non-smokers are preferable but outdoor smokers are perfectly welcome.

We’re uncomplicated and respect each others space. To replace our current housemate, we’re looking for someone likeminded who appreciates a friendly and clean home. We live our own lives but enjoy to share a glass of wine sometimes or just sit in the living room and have a chat. The room needs to be taken on the 11th January and can be unfurnished or furnished (sadly not with the furniture in the pictures). It spans from the front of the house with a shuttered window over the street, to the back looking over the large garden and a flat roof area. It's the size of 2 large double rooms together, so could be good for those that work from home or just need the extra space. There is a bathroom on the same floor as well.
The house is a large Victorian Semi-detached on a street that runs from Kingsland Road right through to London Fields. If you know the area, you'll know it's a great spot. There is a huge living room, a large separate kitchen, and two shared bathrooms with a shower and a bath. Plenty of room for bikes with a locking gate down the side of the house and a shed at the bottom of a decent-sized garden.
Rent is £1,083 a month, bills are extra and are typically around £100- £120 a month and include council tax, wifi, and a fortnightly cleaner, Gas & Electricity.
MOVING IN DATE: 11th January 2025, later move in dates unfortunately cannot be considered, as rent needs to be paid as of the 11th.
