Double room available in garden flat

I am looking for someone to replace me on the lease for this double room in a 3-bed garden flat right next to Butterfield Green in Newington Green/Clissold area.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large living room, separate kitchen, storage space and a massive garden. Perfect for storing bikes, hosting barbecues, or for anyone with a green thumb!! The room is part furnished with a built-in wardrobe and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Our lovely (your new) flatmates are Richy and Jordan. They are both very friendly, open and mindful flatmates. Preference is that whoever takes this room is lgbtq friendly or queer

The current contract runs until Aug 15th (you replace me on that). Potentially open to couples! Move-in date is first week of Feb with some flexibility and viewings will be arranged for this week and next. Drop me a message with a bit about you!
