We have a one bedroom available in very modern 3 bed and 2 bathroom flat in Dalston. You’ll have a spacious double room with a shared bathroom with 1 person 🛏🌻
The flat is located in a super convenient part of Dalston (< 1 min walk away from Dalston Junction) but since we're in an apartment, we're also a bit elevated from the hustle and bustle of the high street. The flat comes with a balcony for a stunning view of the city, a shared gym and 24hr concierge for residents.
One of the housemates is Amy - 26 and an architect who is also studying on the side. Loves to get out and about exploring London, going to the gym and seeing friends 🍷🌸🌳
Then we have a couple - Pam & Jake, both 27 yo Australians. They are amazing cooks, love keeping fit and traveling. Pam is an engineer and Jake is in finance. They both just moved to London recently and are lots of fun 🥰
All the housemates are super easy to get along with and the atmosphere is homely, friendly, and respectful. We are after someone who will treat the flat as their own and be clean and considerate when using the shared spaces. We hang out when we make dinner and if we’re in at the same time will exchange very serious opinions on recent Netflix binges or our love misfortunes (great stuff).
We are all quite busy during the week with work, gym and social schedules. We sometimes work from home and you would be welcome to as well (ideally you wouldn't exclusively wfh though). It would be fab to have someone join the house who’s equally as chilled out and with a similar schedule and vibe! Always keen for a flat dinner, and as cliche as it is, would love to become friends not just housemates 🤪

- Bills around £170 (incl. council tax and a cleaner who comes around once a month)
- Deposit £908
- Available to move in from mid Feb
- Will be taking over the lease so need to be able to provide references
