Hello! I'm sadly looking to move out of our home on 19th of February to live with my girlfriend. I've lived here for nearly 4 years and it's been a great home.
The room on offer is the largest double bedroom in the house - 4.5 long and x 3.2m wide. As you can see from the photos it has two really large windows offering great lighting during the day. The room comes unfurnished.
The living room (and balcony) is south facing and gets sun all day. The floor was recently replaced by the landlord and makes the room look really nice.
The kitchen features two fridge-freezers, so we're never battling for space. There's also plenty of cupboard space!
The house is in an amazing location. We're two minutes walk from Kingsland Road, and even though we're so close to loads of bars, clubs and restaurants the area we're in is really quiet. There's brilliant transport links: we're about a five minute walk from Dalston Kingsland Station and five minutes from Newington Green where there's loads of buses. There's loads of shops around us, and there's also an incredible chippy about 30 seconds away.
It's possible to apply for a parking permit for the car park opposite the house - it's through Hackney Council and doesn't seem too expensive!
The property is managed by a letting agency who are really great. Any issues we've raised about the property have been fixed really quickly!
ABOUT US
You'll be living with Jimmy (30), and Juliette (25) who is an Architect and a Fashion Designer. Both of them normally work in the office. We're quite sociable, but also appreciate that everyone needs alone time. We like to keep the house tidy, and chip in with communal chores.

The annual contract is up for renewal in March and the rent for my room has went up £33 annually on average.
