1 double roome available in Dalston

Hi, I’m looking for a girl for a double room to join in a 2 bedroom house.

The room is a good size, there’s a shared bathroom and kitchen/dining room. The room comes furnished with the double bed and wardrobe.

It’s really well located, being a 10 min walk from a big Tesco, Sainsbury's and Aldi. The nearest station is Hackney downs, but equally a 10-min walk from both Dalston stations. With great connections to central London by bus. It's also located next to London fields or Hackney down park to enjoy on sunny days as well.

Rent and bills:
- Rent is £900 a month on the 16th of every month
- Bills come up to around £100 a month
- Contract renews on the 17th of Feb, so ideally someone that will sign on for a year

I've been living in this flat for a year and really love it, but unfortunately my housemate is moving out, so looking for someone to take over her room.
I work for the NHS as an occupational therapist, so no working from home for me.
I am a bubbly, outgoing person, love to dance and to go to gigs and the theatre.
Ideally looking for someone that is happy to have a chat and hangout when we're both in the house but equally independent to do their own thing.
This is a clean house, so cleaning up after yourself is a must
