Bright double room in friendly Dalston flat

Hiya!

We're looking for a third housemate to join our three-bed house in Dalston from 15th February.

The room is a bright double and comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe with storage above. The flat is set over the ground and first floor and has a kitchen (with a dishwasher and tumble drier), two shared bathrooms, and a living/dining room. The real highlight in the summer is the sunny back garden!

The house is a few minutes walk from Dalston Junction station and has lots of great pubs, restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. It's a 15 minute walk to London Fields and within a 25 minute walk of Stoke Newington, Shoreditch and Highbury & Islington.

You'll be sharing with Georgia and Lily. We're a friendly and social house, and love a trip to a wine bar or an evening watching trash TV (Real Housewives is a fav!). Lily works in town planning and Georgia works in international development and work regular 9-5 office hours. We work from home a couple of times a week and love a coffee break!

We're looking for a female flatmate age 26-33 to take over the tenancy for our third flatmate, who is leaving in February.

You would be signing a new 6 month tenancy until August 2025, with the option to renew at the end. The rent is £883 per month, and we pay an additional £150 a month in bills, which covers everything including a cleaner every two weeks.
