Large Master Bedroom w/ Ensuite

Hi friends!

Bittersweet but I am leaving this gorgeous loft-style townhouse flat in Dalston and we’re looking for someone great (or maybe a great couple) to take the master bedroom.

Fantastic location, local shops and coffee shop across the road, 10 min walk to the high street and 2 overground stations + lots of other connections nearby. 20 min walk to Clissold Park.

You’ll be moving in with two fab girls, Jody (29, Aus) and Holly (28, USA). We’re all busy girls and come and go in the house a lot, so there’s always plenty of space and the flat’s on the larger side so you’ll never feel in each other’s pockets. The flat is a nice little haven from busy London, so we’re looking for someone/a couple who like a calm house and are open to chatting and having a drink or hanging out every now and then. We want the energy in the house to be lovely!!

I’ll do my best to respond to all messages but I likely won’t be able to, so I’m sorry if I don’t get back to you! We’ll be doing some viewings for the room in the next few weeks.

Along with a large lounge space, kitchen and living area, we also have an outside patio that’s lovely in the summer and so nice to have the private area attached to the flat.

DETAILS:
Rent: £1400 for a single / £1500 for a couple (not including bills)
Bills: Approx £150/month (this includes internet, gas/electricity, water, cleaner, house supplies etc)
Furnishing: Room comes with a bed and mattress, chest of draws and some in built wardrobes.
Deposit: £1135

8th of Feb is quite firm as we have some room shuffling to do, but let’s have a chat and see if there needs to be flexibility 🌸

You’ll be officially signing on to the lease until the end of July, reference/income checks are done by our letting agency once we let them know. Beyond that they will likely renew the lease, as they did previously in 2024, however it will be a new one from August.
