I'm looking for someone to take over my lease of a lovely double ensuite room in a fantastic 2-bedroom apartment in Dalston Square. Move-in date is from 28th January.

About the Room:
- The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers (different from the one in the photos), and built-in wardrobes.
- The ensuite bathroom is a great size with a shower.
- The best part of the room is the large double doors that open onto a private balcony, bringing in lots of natural light. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy a coffee or a drink and watch the sunset when the weather’s nice.

Apartment Features:
- Spacious 2-bed apartment with a large living space and modern amenities. The living room also has access to the balcony.
- Situated right next to Dalston Junction, with Dalston Kingsland Station just a 4-minute walk away.
- The apartment is on the 5th floor of Ocean House. It’s well soundproofed so we’ve never had any issues with noise from neighbours. There is some noise from the road but it's minimal.

Living with:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with one other person – a fantastic female working professional who loves to cook and is very easygoing. She works from home a couple of days a week.
- We’re looking for a considerate flatmate who is a working professional, ideally over 30, to match the peaceful vibe of the flat.

Lease Details:
- The lease is available for 5 months, with the possibility to extend longer.
- Rent is £1138 per month, and utilities are typically around £165 per person per month.
- Deposit of £1,000 required.
- Council Tax Band D
