2 rooms in friendly Dalston share house

2 rooms are becoming available in our sharehouse in Dalston from the 1st of February. House is 4 bed 2 bath with a lovely garden, connected to the kitchen. In a great location, we’re 5 minutes walk from Hackney Downs station, 8 minutes walk from Dalston Kingsland and a few extra minutes to Dalston Junction. On a quiet street, close to Hackney Downs park and connected to Kingsland Road and lots of shops but far enough away from the Kingsland craziness. Also a short walk from London Fields, the Lido and Broadway Market!

This is a modern house with great natural light. Housemates are Jasmine (28, UK) working in climate finance and Sarah (27, UK), working in advertising. We both work a mix of in the office and from home, and like to hang out together in the evenings / weekends, but also do our own thing as we’re busy and social people. Ideally we are looking for someone of a similar young professional vibe that is clean/tidy. We also love the odd night out to the pub together, heading out to the gym or dinner together - so we would love somebody looking for a social house too.

The 2 rooms are great sizes, each furnished with a bed and built in wardrobe and both get great natural light. Room 1 will be sharing the downstairs bathroom with Jasmine and room 2 will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with Sarah.

Room 1 (middle floor): Rent is £937.50
Room 2 (top floor): Rent is £975
Bills are about £100 per month.

We’re looking for 2 people in their mid to late 20s ideally, who are social, clean and respectful of the house and each other. In terms of our rental process, you must have a job to pass referencing or a guarantor, and sorry but no couples are allowed.
