Hey guys we have 1 room now available from 22nd January 2025, for a long term lease! We are looking for a working professionals aged 25-30, no couples sorry! (Partners always welcome to stay over)

⭐️About the house:
I have been in the house for 2 years and keen to extend for another year, you would be joining myself and Rob and Jacob. We have a lovely front room with, big garden we love using in the summer and 1 x bath shower and another toilet upstairs! It was an all boys house plus me prior hence a lack of decor!

⭐️About me
I’m Trish, 26 female (she/her) working in influencer marketing so expect loads of free beauty bits! I’m clean, tidy and quite relaxed! I play social netball and love Pilates, love a boogie but also love going for pints!

⭐️About Rob
Rob is 27 make (he/him) a PHD student in AI and is super sporty, regularly out the house playing tennis, on a run or on research projects! He is super nice, friendly and tidy!

⭐️About Jacob
Jacob is 23 soon to be 24 (he/him) working in marketing in White City. In terms of interests, he loves music so always enjoy going to a concert or gig when he can - personal faves have been Sam Fender and Olivia Dean. He also loves going for a drink or two, so a trip to the pub is always well received!

We’re a sociable, easy-going household looking for working professionals who are tidy, enjoy hanging out or going for drinks, but are respectful of others’ space. We would love some girls to join our house and have flatmates that are also friends!

The location is fantastic, with close proximity to Stoke Newington Road, Clissold Park, and Hackney Downs.
