We are looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely flat situated between Dalston and Canonbury.

The available room is on the smaller side but thoughtfully designed, making it cosy and functional. It comes with a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers, offering plenty of storage space. It’s perfect for someone looking for a comfortable and affordable home in a fantastic location.

The flat is located just a 10–15 minute walk from the lively Dalston Kingsland, where you'll find plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. On the other side, Highbury & Islington is less than 10 minutes away by bus, and Angel is also just a short bus ride with excellent transport links and even more amenities.

The flat is split across two floors:

The upper level has the bedrooms and toilet/shower.
The lower level features the kitchen, living room, and a lovely balcony—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a cup of coffee.
You’ll be sharing the flat with two lovely Italian professionals who are long-time Londoners.

I’m a radiographer currently studying for a Master’s in Data Science, with aspirations to change careers soon.
Damiano is a flight attendant who loves exploring the world on his numerous trips.
We’re easygoing and relaxed, having lived here for a couple of years and absolutely loving the area and the flat. We're looking for a tidy, clean, and respectful individual to join us in taking care of the home. While this isn’t a party house, we’re always happy to socialise over dinner or a chat in the living room.
