Feb/March sublet in Dalston

Looking for someone to sublet my room in Dalston from Feb 7 - March 30. Would consider someone for part of it, but longer the better obviously.
E8 2FQ - great location 8 min walk to Dalston Kingsland, 10 min walk to London Fields. There is also bike storage. We are after a male to keep the current gender vibe!.

THE ROOM
Is incredible - you’ll be falling asleep to panoramic views south over the city, with floor to ceiling windows. The room is a double but it is the smallest in the flat - it has a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and a cupboard in the hallway for extra storage.
You'd be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

THE MONEY

Rent: £1000/ month plus bills (see below). The room is within a three bed two bathroom apartment in the modern Dalston works complex.

THE FLATMATES
You’d be living with a French girl, 28yo - fun, social and outgoing, working in cyber security.
Other roomie is Aussie, 40yo - social, health conscious (mostly) and outgoing, working in real estate. His social groups are 30-50. LGBTQI+.
They are looking for someone they can have a pint / drink / dinner with and catch up on our days and lives, but who also has their own stuff going on.

THE FLAT
Apartment is clean and homely. Cleaner comes fortnightly and place is kept tidy.
Large living / dining room with two balconies - separate kitchen with everything you’d expect - dishwasher, microwave, oven, air fryer etc.
Underfloor heating throughout - the flat really is super comfortable - we love it!
Building is well maintained, modern and has a concierge.

Just FYI the price includes Internet, but not electricity, hot water, Thames water or council tax.
Electricity - £26 p/m
Hot water - £30 p/m
Thames Water - £18 p/m
Council tax - £76 p/m
Cleaner - £30 p/m
Total = around £150 p/m per person
