Double room - Dalston

We are looking for someone to join us in our 3 bed house in Dalston. It is 5 minutes walk to both dalston stations and also close the de Beauvoir area. Lots of lovely pubs around.

The room - £800PCM, a small double, unfurnished but comes with built in wardrobe. Bills from £100-120 depending on how much heating we are using.

Myself and Holly are both working professional females, I manage a hair salon and Holly works in retail, as well as being a creative with a studio in Hackney. I enjoy cooking, walks in nature. We often have such crazy schedules, but love to catch up in the kitchen over cooking and a glass of wine. I’ve lived at the house for 3 years now, and absolutely love the area and the home. The house is split on two levels, with a second WC downstairs, as well as separate kitchen and living space. The house has a great garden which is a sun trap for afternoon sun. There is lots of storage through out the house.

We do have a small sweet cat called Boo, she is an outside mainly.

Looking for a female/non binary LGBTQ friendly, committed to signing on to a year contract.
