Cozy double room in Dalston

My room in Dalston will be available from June 1st, when the new contract is taking effect.

The room:
- Furnished with a double bed, bedside table + lamp and chest of drawers.
- Right outside the room, you'll also have a private full size wardrobe.
- I can also leave the mirror, curtains (there are built in 'blackout' blinds as well), shoe rack + drawers unit in the wardrobe at a cheap price.

The flat:
- Shared with three lovely people - a couple and one other woman, all professionals working hybrid / office jobs.
- One has an en suite, so you'll only share the bathroom in the picture with two people.
- Open plan kitchen/living room with dining table, sofa, TV.
- Utility room with washer/dryer and joint storage space in the hallway.
- Flat is on the 6th floor of a building complex, with a great private balcony.

Rent is £1053.23 pm (including internet), paid 1st of the month.
Bills are split between the four flatmates, and usually vary between 60 - 120 per month.

The flat is managed by a company called Dalston Works.
- 24-hour security on site.
- Secure bike storage.
- Concierge (that accepts all packages to the flat - win!).
- They host events (free yoga, boxing, book club) from time to time.
- Currently working on a co-working space downstairs that will be available for tenants to use free of charge.
- Communal roof terraces too!
