The room comes fully furnished and includes **your own private bathroom**. The home is clean, quiet, and friendly – ideal for someone who wants their own space but enjoys a peaceful, respectful atmosphere.

**We’re ideally looking for another female** (to keep the balance right in the house), someone who’s either a student or working professional. You'll have your own space, but there’s a nice social vibe when you want it.

Rent is £1000 per month, bills included.
