Beautiful hackney warehouse

Room available in our Hackney Downs warehouse from May 1st. Available permanently and long-term

Large, pretty warehouse, big room. The bed and clothes rail will be staying

Not a party warehouse and neither are any of the neighbors

Directly next door (literally directly) to Hackney Downs station

3 bedroom warehouse in total, you’ll be living with 2 couples. Chris and Peter, Katie and Max. Max and Katie run an events company, Chris is a set designer, Peter works for the government. All in our early 30s.

Chris and Peter’s room has a bathroom, so you’ll only share a bathroom with Max and Katie

Everything you see in the communal space is shared and used by us all.

Family vibes in the house, all friends and socialise, but everyone is respectful and lovely

Access info:
The warehouse is on the first floor, up a flight of stairs. There are then smaller sets of stairs along the corridor towards the entrance of the warehouse. There is no elevator into the building. There is an intercom to enter the buildings. The building is a 30 second walk to Hackney Downs station. Once inside the warehouse everything is on the same floor.

Rent:
The rent is £908 a month, this includes all bills and a weekly cleaner.
We have recently signed a new contract for a year, you are free to join that if you wish.
The deposit is £350.
