Hey,
We’re looking for a third person to live in our queer friendly three bedroom Dalston maisonette. We have an outgoing and affectionate cat called Bootsy. There is a spacious open plan kitchen /dining/sitting room area, one shared bathroom, a dishwasher, washing machine and garden with lots of seating and a vegetable patch (so bonus points if you’re a keen gardener because we are not lol). The room available is the loft room which is pretty big and it’s partly furnished. The tenancy starts on the 10th of June and goes for 11 months, with a 6 month break clause.

Great location, under 10 min walk to Dalston Junction overground station and a two min walk to the nearest bus stop. Quiet area - on a cul-de-sac off a main road.
About us
Emilia (26)- Works in animation. WFH usually 2 days a week. Loves anything creative, ice skating, going out and hanging out with friends.
Lauren (24)- Works in healthcare- quite irregular hours. Never wfh. My work schedule is 4 days on and then five days off, so I would be around the house a fair bit on my off days. Likes: walking, painting/ drawing, sampling the local bakeries, pubs/ pub quizzes and women’s football.
What we’re looking for
Looking for someone to become friends with rather than a passing ships like scenario. We love a chill evening in front of the TV and while we aren’t a party house we’ll still host the odd birthday party/ bbq/ celebration especially over summer. Looking for someone who is tidy and will contribute to cleaning. Included in the contract is a cleaner who comes fortnightly so cleaning isn’t too intense. As I (Lauren) work a few night shifts a month, you would need to be quiet ish the following day when I’m asleep :) and i will try to be very quiet when i get home.
