Hi there, I'm Rhys, I've found another home before this tenancy ends on the 24th of July.

The room is good sized double bedroom with ensuite with good shower pressure and a bath.

It's avilable between 10th June - 24th of July

Sharing with 1 woman, Greta Italian. Who's very quiet and keeps to herself.

There's a communal WC in the hallway and a door to a small outdoor area near the room.

Rules:

Absolutely No parties
No bringing back more than 3 people
No loud noise after 12

Price all in: to be paid on day of moving in
£1500

Deposit (Holding):
£200 if anything is damaged

Please treat the home with respect and clean up after yourself.

Date of collection of keys flexible. I will be taking most of the furniture with me so most likely will be unfurnised. Sofa will stay and maybe bed
