Really lovely gem of a house with two good friends who have a good social life, mixed with good dose of down time in the midst of busy london life. We want a great human being to complete this house....as this is more than just a room, but also a friendly home!

Tucked away a stone’s throw from Dalston’s Kingsland Road, this cosy and functional double room is the perfect spot for those looking for a balance between the calm of a small, community-oriented estate and easy access to the vibrant cultural life of Dalston and to central london. AND YES, we like to keep the house clean!

The room can come either furnished (with a fee) or unfurnished and has space for a double bed, storage, and a small desk. It has a large window overlooking a quiet community green. You’ll also have priority access to a sizeable storage room adjacent, which has hanging rails for clothes as well as space for boxes, trinkets and whatever else you want to keep there!

The house is shared with two friends, and has access to a living room with a balcony, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a large front garden and a storage shed.

Move-in date is early June though there is some space for flexibility. We’re really having a last look for potential housemates before renewing the contract, so if you are interested drop me a message and we can arrange a viewing straight away.
