📣 Please note: The landlord is planning to sell the property later this year, so we're ideally looking for someone happy with a mid term arrangement (min 6 months). Perfect if you're between places, relocating, or just want a gorgeous base while you figure out your next move!

📍 Quiet street, just minutes from Dalston Junction & Dalston Kingsland stations, a large supermarket, gym, and all the restaurants and bars Dalston has to offer. Excellent transport links to the West End, the City, Canary Wharf and Stratford.

The Room:
A cosy double facing East — beautiful morning light ☀️
Furnished with a wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers.
Space for a small desk if you work from home.

Shared spaces:
Spacious open-plan kitchen/living area with two French doors and lovely afternoon light. Dishwasher, washing machine, garage parking space (no permit needed), building lift and secure bike storage.

About me:
I'm Jess (36), a Tech professional. I enjoy a mix of quiet time and the occasional shared meal or chat. Into markets, pubs, restaurants, festivals and concerts 🙂

Bills: £120/month (Council Tax, electricity, gas, fast internet)
Reference check required (£50 fee)
Small buy-in to shared pot on move-in

Looking for a friendly, clean and respectful female flatmate who enjoys being social but also values personal space. If you WFH, I'd ask you to do so from your bedroom to keep the living room as a shared social space.
