The lease finishes in September so you'll be joining the lease for the final three months with the option of renewing if you're enjoying living here. Bills aren't included but are around £120 per month. All in, this feels like a great deal.

You’ll be living with three people:

Alessia (28) – From Italy, she works as a designer.
Mariska - (28) - An engineer from the Netherlands with lots of hobbies.
Mei (32) – An architect working in the public sector, Mei splits her time between working from home and the office. She’s of Chinese/Vietnamese heritage and grew up in Manchester.
Everyone is easygoing, friendly, and respectful—great for both socializing and having your own space when needed.

The Area:
You’ll love the location! It’s super close to everything you could need, with plenty of trendy spots, amazing bakeries, and even an independent cinema just a 5-minute walk away. It’s such a vibrant and convenient area to live.
