Lovely ensuite in spacious Dalston house

Room available from mid-July to end of August.

Large ensuite room available for short term let over the summer, in great Dalston location.

3 minute walk to Dalston Junction, and right next to bars / restaurants / nightlife, while still on a quiet street.

The house is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including what is probably the best equipped kitchen on this app (ice cream machine, slushie maker and state of the art appliances all available). Comfortable living room with a high quality 120 inch projector for movie nights, as well as a dining area where you can entertain guests.

There's also a study / guestroom with two large deals and monitors, that you can use to work / study.

You'll be staying with my lovely housemate Jack, who's very friendly and sociable. He does work long hours and might also be away for a couple of weeks in the summer, so you are likely to have the whole house to yourself much of the time.

There's also a washer and dryer available, a piano and a parking space! The price includes all bills, as well as a weekly cleaner.
