Hey! Looking for someone to fill this big double room in a lovely, spacious 2 bed flat - full of charm in the heart of Dalston.

Dalston:
It’s vibrant and conveniently close to all you’ll need, with a couple of yummy bakeries, brunch spots, pubs and other trendy spots close by. The canals are also just a lovely walk down past the fancy streets of De Beauvoir area. You’ll love it!

The Room/Flat:
- £850 16th June - 16th July then the rent price has increased to £925 from July 15th
- Available from the 16th of June (this can flex a bit if you need it earlier)
- 3-7 min walk from both Dalston Kingsland & Dalston Junction
- It’s within a close so can’t hear too much of the traffic
- Deposit of 1 month’s rent required upon securing the room
- Sharing with only 1 person. Me!
- Size of the room is about 3m x 3.5m
- Comes unfurnished so you can make it your own!
- Has a spacious storage closet inside the room
- Has a shared extra storage room outside of room
- Has a very large sunny living/dining area with lots of plants
- A great sized kitchen with dish washer & washing machine


Bills:
- They come to about £60-£70 in the summer & £100-£120 in the winter
- Responsibilities of the bills are shared so you’ll be taking care of the electricity and gas which is just an easy online top-up kinda thing. I’m happy taking care of the rest :)
- Responsibility of buying cleaning/house supplies eg - toilet paper, tin foil, dish washer salt etc is shared (we’ll take turns in grabbing them)
- There are parking spaces that can be purchased via the Islington Council website

Me:
Rosa - 28, I work as an experiential designer. WFH Mondays & Fridays. Italian/Filipina heritage. Love food, a laugh and a drink. I like going to gigs, festivals and travelling loads so I can be out a lot. :) When I’m home you’ll either find me in the kitchen cooking, playing music, singing, having a boogie or have fallen asleep while trying to watch a movie on the sofa.

Other Things:
Smoking: 💨
- The house is an occasional smoker/420 friendly place as long as it’s maintained eg. keep door closed, windows open/turn on a candle afterwards etc. the flat is big so smoke doesn’t travel much but want to keep things smelling fresh.

Guests: 👯‍♂️
- My family & mates visit me sometimes so super open to having family and friends over/occasionally crashing in the living room - with notice of course.
- I’ve got a boyfriend who you’ll see around often. He’s kind, respectful and friendly
