Large and airy room in Dalston/Newington Green

Hi all !! We have a room to fill in our friendly and chilled house, available from 21 June, hoping to get some viewings done on 17 and 18 September

The place is a 7 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland and 10 from Dalston Junction, with loads of other handy buses around too. It's also an easy stroll to Newington Green/Church St

The house itself is set over 3 floors, with space for a bike in the hall, 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen and living room, as well as a decent sized south-facing balcony- so bonus points if you have a green thumb!
The room available is large, light, and has built-in storage. It is unfurnished but our outgoing flatmate is looking to sell the furniture on the cheap, so that's an option if you need it

You'll be living with Issy (me) and Paolina. We are both socially active, and enjoy getting out and about. When we're home we take it chilled and enjoy a chat, but are also respectful of each other’s space and need to do our own thing - so we'd love someone to match this and slot right in!

Boring bits: rent is £1042, with bills typically coming to around £150 per month. The deposit amount listed is approximate as we're waiting to hear back from the landlord
