You would be living with Gracie, (30) a Bristolian working in TV costume, and Ryan, (35) a Musician from Canada. We are a clean and sociable flat who like a pint but also respect each other's down time so would be looking for someone like minded and easy going!
The flat is located in the heart of Dalston Kingsland, surrounded by vibey bars and restaurants, Its a decent sized double room with space to chill and to work from home if needed. Furnished except for the desk! There's a big communal kitchen/living area which is also great for having people over or just chilling and cooking.
The rent includes the water bill cost and all the other bills come to around £100/110 a month!
