Bills work out to £125 each and flat also has a large communal terrace. On Kingsland Road, 2 mins from Dalston Junction station / 4 mins from Dalston Kingsland. Flat is on the first floor of the building, using steps, and there is no lift. There are also five steps inside the flat and no handrail in the shower. Open minded, good communicator and respectful, I am looking to live with someone with similar values. I would like keep our home tidy and feeling like our safe sanctuary. I like indoor plants, watching films on the projector, to cook, occasionally entertaining friends with a dinner and a wine, but am not looking for a party flat dynamic. I am also looking to live with someone who is responsible and is comfortable with the responsibilities of having an indoor cat (mostly being aware of open windows and chemicals).
