Cosy and bright well maintained first floor flat in Dalston in a 2 flat building with a great off-licence downstairs. Includes kitchen, living area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Double glazed windows throughout keep the flat warm in winter. Ive been in the flat for over 3 years and the landlord is very responsive if there are any issues.

3 min walk from Dalston Junction, 5 minutes to Dalston Kingsland and multiple buses right out side the flat. Loads of grocery stores, shops, pubs, restaurants and bars in the area.

The room:
Bright and spacious double room. Partly furnished with a double bed, shelves and potential desk but can be fully unfurnished if needed. The space is open to really make it yours.

We've just re arranged the flat, swapping the current living room and smaller double room, so open to furnishing the space together.

The bills:
Approx £150pp per month which includes council tax, gas, electricity, water and internet.
Council tax band C.

You would need to pass referencing, deposit and sign a 12 month lease.

Who you’ll be living with:
32, originally from Mauritius but have been in London about 8 years. I’m a graphic designer who currently works from home and in office 1-2 days a week. Friendly, creative, clean, considerate and respectful. I love cooking, finding new food spots, music, books, movies, pilates and the occasional trash tv!

Who I’m looking for:
Someone who’s respectful, likes socialising but also enjoys their quiet time, that doesn’t WFH every day of the week and who likes to keep the house tidy and welcoming.
