Looking for a COUPLE to fill double room in Dalston, Hackney E8 - move in early/mid September.
The room is very big, with plentyyy of space and big windows. It comes unfurnished but we are happy to discuss prices if you would like to keep any of the furniture.
Beautiful sunlight all afternoon in the summer and great sunsets in the winter.
The flat is split over two floors with a big open plan kitchen/living/dining area with huge windows and a bathroom downstairs, with the 3 bedrooms and another bathroom (with bath) upstairs.
- situated in a gated building on the second floor, so super safe and quiet, and has a communal courtyard with bike storage.
- 10 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland and Rectory Road Overground and a little further to Dalston Junction.
You'd be sharing with Juno (28) and Annie (29). Looking for friends not just housemates, of a similar age who are funny, chill and respectful, happy to keep the shared spaces clean, working full-time and up for movie nights, pub quizzes and dinner parties etc. LGBTQ+ friendly 💖
We have lived here for 2 and a half years and have really loved it. You will be signing on to a new tenancy to start in September. The rent is split equally 4 ways between all tenants, so it's £825 each (£1650 total for the couple). Bills are £104 per month each - this is a fixed price and includes water, electric, wifi and council tax (band D).
