Hello! I’m Benny (male, late 20s) an American who's been in the UK for the last five years. I'm a future trainee solicitor and will be starting the SQE soon, so we're looking for one last flatmate to move into a gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Dalston. You'll also be sharing with Omer, a late 20s guy who works in tech who likes music, going out, and DJ'ing!
It’s a modern, high-spec flat in a secure new-build and available on August 25th for long-term tenants. I am not currently living in the flat, but had a viewing last week where I reserved it basically immediately since it's so gorg.
The flat is on the fourth floor (with lift access), fully furnished, and west-facing with loads of natural light and a private balcony – perfect for summer evenings.
The building is a short 5–10 minute walk from Dalston Junction and Kingsland stations. There’s also a shopping centre nearby with Sainsbury’s, Aldi, M&S, and Iceland, plus London Fields, Ridley Road Market, and Victoria Park all within walking distance.

• Sign a joint tenancy agreement – we’d all be equally and jointly liable for rent and terms
