Bright double room in Dalston

Hey! My current flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to fill her room and sign a new yearly tenancy agreement with.

This is a small sized double room with very nice natural light. The room comes furnished with a double bed and a big chest of drawers. Considering the smaller size of the room you will also have a small separate storage room to use as you like (it's only used for storing vacuum and drying racks).

Rent is £1,100 per month and bills are currently at ~£140pp.
Deposit TBC soon by the landlord - should be one month rent.

We would share a lovely kitchen/ bright living room and bathroom. The space is really nice and filled with natural light.

This is a second floor flat, less than 2 minutes walk from Dalston Junction station and less than 5 minutes from Dalston Kingsland. The bus links are also great in Dalston, and a 30 minute walk would get you to Liverpool St Station. There is also a very handy Aldi less than 3 minutes away and a Sainsburys next door.

The Council tax is band B.

✨✨✨A bit about myself - I am a 28 years old management accountant working in the hospitality industry.
I do enjoy socialising but also am very respectful and keen of personal downtime. If you’re into music, and great food then we will definitely get along. I love trying new restaurants and bars and am always down for grabbing a pint.

I work from home 2 days a week and am ideally looking for someone who does the same to keep bills at a minimum.
