We have been living in our beautiful Dalston flat for over 2 years and are looking for someone to take over the lease from our previous long-term house mate. You would be living with me, 29 yo, teacher and another female, 30 yo Occupational therapist. We both work full time in the office so are out during the day. We are both very social, easy going, enjoy an active lifestyle and value a clean space. LGBTQI+ friendly.
We are looking for someone who is considerate, clean, social and up for the occasional movie on the couch, coffee/walk or drink at the pub/park on a weekend. We are super welcoming and want you to feel comfortable and at home here.
The room is a double room with an ensuite. The ensuite is small but perfect - has a shower, toilet, sink and mirror. The room does not have built in storage but comes with the following pictured furniture: bed frame, mattress, grey chest of 3 drawers, clothes rack, small bookshelf, mirror, bed side table (not pictured).
The location is INCREDIBLE. We are located 5 min walk to Dalston Kingsland and Hackney Downs overground, less than 10 mins to Dalston Junction and Hackney Central station and very well connected to various buses. We are a 5 min walk to the big Sainsbury’s at Kingsland as well as other shops Aldi, M&S foods, pharmacies etc. We are very lucky to have incredible cafes, restaraunts, pubs, winebars etc and London Fields and Hackney Downs parks just 10 min walk away.
The flat is on the top floor of a gated mews. We have a bike shed and car space (if needed). The kitchen, dining and lounge is open planned and modern with a new dishwasher and fridge. We have a washing machine in a separate cupboard outside the main living area.
The rent is £1250 per month excluding bills which come to around £110 per month. You will need to go through a credit check with our land lady and sign onto a 12 month lease with us. We rent directly from our landlady who is amazing and very responsive! The bond is equivalent to first month’s rent at £1250.
