A double room nestled in the heart of Dalston within a 1900's clothing and microphone factory turned flat conversion.

I’m listing this room because I'm moving back to uni after working at a startup the last couple of years!

I’m leaving behind my double room within a 3-bed flat with 2 fun, creative flatmates. I’ve loved the apartment! I’ve been living here for about 2.5 years now and before that 3 of my close friends lived here for nearly 4 years. Sad times to be moving out.

Your Room:
* A spacious double bedroom including a closet for all your fashion finds
* A large window, with blackout blinds for those lazy Sundays, and opening capabilities for fresh air and light
* Space for your personal touch under the lofty ceilings
* A bathroom with a shower and bath shared with just one flatmate, Rob (the other has an en-suite)

The Apartment:
* We're talking the second floor in a flat that has so much character, with 3 beds and 2 baths, all wrapped in the exposed brickwork
* A bright, airy living space with high ceilings and that turns easily into dim lit vibes in the evening
* A kitchen with a new dishwasher, washing machine, as well as toaster, microwave, air fryer etc
* There's a concierge to accept your deliveries and answer any questions

The Area:
* The street is a quiet hideaway in Dalston's lively heart
* But steps away from the mix of coffee havens, eateries, bars, clubs, and boutiques that Dalston’s known for
* Essentials sorted with a giant Sainsbury’s a mere 2-minute stroll away
* London Fields (and Lido) is also a short jog away

On the Move:
* Zip over to Dalston Junction (4 min walk) or Kingsland overground station (6 min walk)
* All key bus routes also stop a walk away
* There are always a ton of Lime bikes around if that’s your jam

Your Tribe:
* You’ll live with Rob (29) and Paolo (30) who are creatives in music and design, and have lived locally for a while
* They are both clean, respect personal space, and you’ll usually find Paolo cooking a tasty meal!

The Deal:
* Rent is currently 965 GBP monthly, with your share of council tax, wifi, utilities and a bi-weekly cleaner coming to around 100 GBP monthly.
* Deposit is 1000 GBP.

It will be available to move in from Wednesday 10th September 2025. I’m actually aiming to move out before then :)

The current lease runs till September 2026 and you can renew the place with Rob and Paolo if you choose.
