Double room in Dalston flat

I’m moving out to live with my partner so sadly will be leaving this Dalston flat after almost 4 years.

The flat is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room/dining area and a balcony with views of the city. The living room, dining and kitchen is a large, open plan space with plenty of natural light.

The flat has all expected amenities including dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge/freezer.

The room for let is the middle-sized room with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. There is an ensuite in the master so the main bathroom is shared between the other two housemates (myself and another).

The flat is located in Dalston square and is less than a 5 minute walk to Dalston Junction Station and about 5-7 minutes to Dalston Kingsland. Being situated as it is means a variety of supermarkets, pubs, cafes and restaurants are close by. Super convenient!

We are on the second floor and there js a lift in the building. There is also a gym and concierge in the complex, free to use for all residents.

The remaining housemates are two girls in their 20s and 30s. Stephanie is an optometrist and works some days from home in the master. Sacha is in marketing for a gym in central London. Both girls are very active, enjoying a nice run around Vic park and have a good balance of being social and independent. As a flat, we’re friendly and always keen for a chat and a good time.
