Small single room available short term from Oct 1

Hi! I'm renting out a small single room in my flat on a short-term basis starting Oct 1st, initially for one month, with a strong likelihood of extending until the end of November if needed (I can confirm that within the first two weeks of the tenancy).

You'll be sharing the flat with me – an Irish creative working in advertising and film. I WFH a decent amount, so tend to come and go during the day. I’m a friendly, relaxed and respectful flatmate, looking for someone who’s also considerate and keeps shared spaces clean and tidy.

The flat itself is clean, cosy, and well-equipped. It's on a quiet, leafy street in Hackney, just a 5-minute walk from Kingsland Road and a 10 minute walk to Dalston, London Fields, Broadway Market, etc. Haggerston Overground is a 7-minute walk away, and there are plenty of buses into Central London right at the end of the street.

Just to manage expectations, the room is pretty compact, with a small sized single bed and limited storage, so it’s best suited as a short-term solution. Having said that it's very clean, cosy, gets good light, and the location is fantastic.

Rent: £600pm + £100 monthly contribution towards all bills (including fast fibre broadband and a professional clean every two weeks).
