There is a second room going in our Dalston flat - it is going to be available until the end of our tenancy agreement - ending 25th March 2026.
It's a 3 bedroom flat with a large living room, balcony, medium sized kitchen, bathroom with a bath tub and separate toilet. 10 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland, 15 minute walk from Dalston Junction and Hackney Downs Station. 5 minutes from Hackney Downs park. There's a big Sainsburys and little co-op both about 5-10 minutes away.
The room is small double and comes with a double bed, mattress and a built in wardrobe space. The rest of the flat has good storage options too.
You'd be living with Joe (male, 29, works in music) and Bao, a little tabby cat who is 5 years old. There will be a second person too once we fill the other room.
