Double Room in Dalston for Rent 🪩

Hey! I'm the current flatmate and I will be leaving this property by the 22nd of November 2025 due to relocating outside of London for my work - if I could stay in this flat for many more years I would, as it's such a great set up.

It's a 3 bed flat with two bathrooms (both bathrooms have baths!). Shared kitchen & living room.

One of the bathrooms has a washing machine in it as well - we have a spare one in the building as well.

There is also a communal garden for all the tenants in the property to use :)
- There is bike storage in the garden so you don't need to leave it outside on the street!

Rent includes:
- Bills
- Internet
- Council Tax
- Cleaner (comes once a week to clean the living room & both bathrooms).

Our landlady is incredible (private landlord), she is super responsive and we have a maintenance guy who lives just next door - so any issues in the flat get resolved on the day.

My room itself comes fully furnished:
- Double bed
- Two cupboards
- Desk
- Chair

My room is also sunny side facing so you get loads of light coming through!
It's also nice and quiet at night as we are off the main high street.

Transport:
- The flat is in between Dalston & Stoke Newington.
- Transport links are great, we are a 5 minute walk away to a bus stop that gets you into central really easily & we are a 10-15 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland & Dalston Junction.
