I have a bright double room with an ensuite available in my spacious ground floor new build flat, just off Kingsland Road/Stoke Newington Road. Great location in the heart of Dalston but, very quiet as the flat is tucked away on a close.

About Me:
I’m a 39-year-old nutritional therapist who works from home Monday to Friday, and I’m also a jewellery dealer on the side. I enjoy yoga, strength training, healthy eating, gigs, hiking, festivals, travelling (whether it’s Asia, Greece or visiting friends by the sea), and spending time with friends and family in London.

I’m sociable and friendly, but I also value a peaceful, clean home and downtime too. This isn’t a party flat, though I do enjoy the odd dinner party or a relaxed evening with friends.

Who I’m looking for:
Ideally female (though I’m open to males too), non smoking professional. I’d love a lodger who will look after the flat and keep it clean and tidy, as my flat means a lot to me.

It would be lovely to hang out sometimes, maybe share a meal or cook for each other occasionally, but equally respect each other’s space and downtime. Since I work from home, it helps if you’re mindful about noise and not having people back all the time.
