We are currently looking for a new housemate to join us in our incredibly spacious loft apartment in Dalston.

No students please for council tax reasons❤

About the room:

The room is located on the mezzanine floor. It features a double glazed window allowing for lots of natural light. The room comes unfurnished apart from the mattress and chest of drawers but willing to sell bed frame (which opens up for storage) and clothing rail 🏡 - uploaded different set ups from different flatmates so you can get ideas on how the space can be used.

About the flat:

As you can see from our pictures the flat has a huge shared living space, with an airy open-plan layout. The kitchen is fully functional with an oven, gas hob, washer/dryer and even a dishwasher. We have a great bathroom with a shower and a bathtub included. We also have a flat cat who is a little ginger freak called Finnegan (he’s Eleanor’s cat but a key part of our flat’s emotional support system)

About the lease:

Our current housemate will be moving out late November (this is flexible) so we are looking for someone to take over his room for the remainder of our lease (which ends mid April). We are currently planning to renew our lease next year so would prefer someone who would be looking to join our flat for the long term 💕

The rent is £852 pm and our bills (including council tax, energy, water and wifi) work out to around £125 💰

About us:

Delaney: I’m 25 and work for a public heath charity (mainly in the office but occasional wfh) and do admin for a tattoo studio. Love the great outdoors and spend most of my free time hiking, climbing, or doing yoga. Luv a trip to the pub but will complain about tummy ache after 😌

Eleanor: I'm 27, working freelance and in charity. Love to cook, pub nights/cocktail nights as well as cozy nights in. Would be looking for someone w a similar vibe who we can be friends with. My only personality trait is my cat.

About you:

We are looking for another girl to join our flat preferably in their mid to late twenties (OPEN TO MEN BUT WILL HAVE TO PROVE THEIR CLEANLINESS). We really like to keep a friendly vibe in the house, we don’t just want to be passing ships going about our lives. We love to host people at the flat whether that be dinner parties or movie nights in so we’d love if your friends became our friends. We would love to find someone that is a cat lover as Finnegan is practically a 4th housemate. We are both part of the LGBTQIA+ community so we also would prefer a fellow gay but as long as you're chill we’re not fussy xoxoxo
