Double room available in Dalston from mid October

Updated room available - the room going now is slightly smaller and doesn't have a wardrobe in the room, but you will have full use of the massive hallway cupboard which fits loads and has a rail, wall hooks, etc. Rent has been updated to reflect this as it's the cheaper room :)

We have a lovely double room available in our flat from mid/late October. Room is furnished and comes with a double bed and built in wardrobe. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one flatmate.

Current flatmates are Jake B (28) and Jake W (27) - both always down for a chat, a chilled TV night or trip to the pub, but also often out doing our own thing seeing friends, at the gym, travelling, etc. We’re looking for someone who wants a similar balance of a friendly flat but with our own things going on too. LGBT friendly is a must!

Jake W is an Aussie physio, likes playing hockey, exploring East/London more generally, trying new food spots. Jake B works in Interior Design and is often out with friends, trying new restaurants or at F45. Both love a walk to Broadway market, a trip to the pub and a festival now and then!

The flat - we have a small balcony and also a massive roof area in the building. There’s a 24 hour concierge which is ideal for parcels, and also a brand new co-working/lounge area. We’re 5 mins walk to Dalston Junction, 7 mins to Kingsland, 10/15 min walk to London Fields. We're looking for someone who helps keep the flat clean and tidy - we also have a monthly cleaner to keep on top of things when we're all busy. Bills come to around £70 a month.

Our contract is renewing so considering those who are looking to stay longer term and build a nice friendly flat :)
