A lovely double bedroom with en-suite is available in our bright and modern top-floor flat in Haggerston. The room has access to a large private balcony with amazing views — perfect for your morning coffee or unwinding in the evenings. Haggerston station is less than 2 minute walk away.

You’ll also have access to a shared living room, secure bike storage, and all the usual amenities.

I’m moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease — a 2-month sublet initially, with the possibility to stay on and sign a new lease if it’s a good fit.

Aija, 31 — she manages a creative studio and runs workshops for kids and adults in Shoreditch. She’s super friendly, laid-back, and respectful of shared spaces — really easy to get along with.
