Spacious double room, cosy home in Dalston

Hello!
I'm looking to find an independent, kind, mature, and clean person to fill this lovely double room in my flat as my friend is moving out at the end of October.

It’s a really beautiful listed building with a lot of character. The room itself is very big, with a double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, and desk by a nice big window that gets great light in the morning. We have a small but well stocked kitchen, compact bathroom, spacious living room, and access to a small roof space which is lovely for a cup of tea. The flat is the top floor of a building with two other flats in - lots of stairs! Our landlord spends time in the first floor flat during the day. He has been really helpful and dealt with problems we've had very speedily, though that has been fairly rare.

I'm open to all types of people but if you are someone who appreciates a safe and quiet home, wants to take care of where you live, and enjoys sharing food, we will get on very well! My housemate and I currently use eco friendly cleaning products too, so I would also ask that anyone moving in is comfortable continuing that.

I am a freelance creative working in various forms of live performance, design and nature related projects. I like my own space and recharging, but I'm also community minded and enjoy occasionally hosting and bringing people together. My housemate and I enjoy bimbling to the veg market up the road on Saturdays and watching tv shows together, but have also just enjoyed co-existing as we are both independent creatives.

Bills are organised by us and you would be taking over management of the wifi and water bills, while I sort the electricity and heating. My housemate and I use Splitwise to manage these as they come up.
At the moment bills have come to approximately £95 each per month, and council tax about £102 each.
